Tarek was so pleasant to work with from start to finish. He helped us with the insurance process, making it unbelievably easy and pain-free! He was knowledgable, helpful and quick to respond to every question and need that we had. Once the work began, Darren became the point-person and made sure we were happy with every aspect of the job; in fact, after the house was stained, we didn't like the color that WE picked out, so he ordered it be completely re-stained to our liking without any cost to us!
